VICTOR AQUINO | COMMUNITY MANAGER

Victor Aquino started working in the Multi-Housing Industry 8 years ago with Wesley Apartment Homes. What he loves most about his job is overcoming Objectives and assisting residents with their requests. He is originally from the Dominican Republic. During his free time, Victor enjoys spending time with his family, camping, boating and fishing.

CYNTHIA FRAZIER | COMMUNITY MANAGER

Cynthia is a Pensacola, Florida native, animal lover and truly a gem. She has built an immaculate reputation as a Wesley employee and since January 2024, has graciously stepped into the role of Community Manager with Wesley Stonecrest Apartment Homes.

With over 25 years as part of the Wesley family, her dedication and care shines through everything she does. Cynthia goes above and beyond to ensure her residents and employees are valued, cared for, and feel at home.

In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, hanging out with friends and shopping.

MEZZIE TESHOME | PERSONAL LEASING CONSULTANT

Although new to the multi-housing industry, Meseret has over 5 years of experience in retail and commercial businesses. Meseret brings her exceptional customer service and strong leadership skills to the team at Wesley Apartment Homes. As a Personal Leasing Consultant, she is most passionate about assisting clients find a place they can call their home. During her free time Meseret enjoys quality time with her family, trying new foods, and attending live events.

TaNiyah Strickland | Personal Leasing Consultant

Niy is an Atlanta native, that has over 5 years of customer service experience. She is new to the leasing scene but she is a quick learner and very outgoing. She loves all things new and exciting, therefore, she will be more than ecstatic welcoming you to our community! Niy is a creative at heart, so when she is not in the office, she is often spending her time exploring the world of the arts with her son.

Joselyn Caballero | Personal Leasing Consultant

Joselyn was born and raised in Atlanta, GA with her mother being from Honduras. New to the leasing industry but she brings over 3 years experience of customer service and is a certified nurse assistant. Joselyn is excited to provide quality customer service and she is dedicated to finding your perfect home. During her free time, Joselyn enjoys being around the people she loves, exploring new places and trying new recipes!

ALBERTO DIEGUEZ | MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Alberto has a background in commercial construction, maintenance repairs, and services. Alberto's expertise is on plumbing and electrical issues. He is originally from Cuba and he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He provides great customer service and is also EPA and CPO certified.

Yohanis Perez Reyes | Maintenance Technician

Yohanis is a dedicated and passionate professional Maintenance Technician from Cuba, committed to making a difference at Wesley Stonecrest. Outside of work, Yohanis enjoys cooking, playing soccer, and staying active through workouts. Always eager to learn and grow, Yohanis strives every day to improve himself and create a better community for everyone.

Agustin Utria | Maintenance Technician

Originally from Cuba, Agustin brings a year of experience in property maintenance. He provides great customer service. He has a passion for travel, enjoys fishing and playing baseball in his free time, and is a big animal lover-especially when it comes to dogs! His favorite meal? Carne Asada with hot sauce. He's excited to make Stonecrest a better place for you. We're excited to have him on the team!

Alfredo Serra | Maintenance Technician

Alfredo has been with Wesley Apartment Homes for one year. Alfredo is a dedicated and fast-learning individual, with a strong knowledge base. He takes great pride in completing service calls efficiently and within established timeframes. Outside of work, Alfredo enjoys playing soccer and watching all types of sports on T.V.

Tekyra Riddick | Personal Leasing Consultant

TeKyra Riddick is a proud Atlanta native who is excited to begin her journey in the leasing industry. Eager to learn, grow, and build a successful career, she brings a positive attitude and a passion for connecting with people. Outside of work, TeKyra enjoys doing hair and is currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice.
