Before my fiancé and I even moved here Mezzie was already a so helpful and made the moving process as smooth as possible. ... She is an absolute dream! I cannot speak highly enough about her kindness and her willingness to help us in any/every situation. Great Place to Stay
I have been here 2 months so far and love it. I haven’t taken advantage of the amenities because of Covid, but they are ... nice. Maintenance has been responsive and the grounds are kept up well and kept clean. Kirsten was one of the reasons I picked this place. She was so helpful and responsive with the application process and everything I have needed since. The only suggestion that I can make is to widen the parking spots a little. I haven’t had any problems finding a spot or issues with other cars, but they are narrow. 5 out of 5 overall and best place I have stayed at. Kirsten gets 5 stars for her role as well! I've lived here for almost 3 years and in that time I've seen a significant turnover in the leasing office. The staff has ... always been a pleasant group to work with. The parking here sucks and my car was vandalized last year. When I contacted the office, no one reached out to me to follow up, courtesy officer never showed up ??????. The respect your neighbors and clean up behind your pets is a JOKE! The "gated community " feel is LAUGHABLE at best because residents and non residents continuously tear up the gates. Living here overall isn’t bad besides the parking. Parking is never available in front of your building you always end up ... walking far. Maintenance is pretty good they respond typically within 2 days . The only complaint really would be staff Sidney in particular he’s professional but has a very smart mouth. Manager Johnathan needs to step up more and not let Sidney speak for him. Other than that the complex is always well kept. Neighbors are okay no loud noises for it to be a lot of people living here.
